That’s great news for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum!
On Monday, Kyle Richards stopped by Andy Cohen‘s SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, to update everyone on her scandalized sister’s condition.
Earlier this year, Kim Richards had been arrested for being drunk and unruly at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and was later nabbed again for attempting to steal from a Target!

The 51-year-old has since been sentenced for her concerning behavior, and has supposedly served some stints in rehab for her addiction problem.
However, the blonde beauty’s own sibling is taking to the airwaves to let the public know that the former child star is no longer abusing drugs or alcohol, saying:
“She’s happy. She’s sober. She shows up this season.”
Now, we all knew that the former RHOBH cast member wasn’t going to be returning for the show’s sixth season after such a rough year.
But it definitely seems like a good sign that she was spotted filming for the popular program, considering she was reportedly not welcome to appear on the show in ANY capacity!
And even though it looks like the recovering celeb is doing better now, her younger sis says that their relationship isn’t always the greatest, explaining:
“We have a very difficult relationship and we will probably always be a work in progress.”
Well, we’re sure these two will work it all out. After all, family is super important! We’re just really relieved that Kim is sober and on the road to recovery!
