Rutina Wesley Announces Engagement
Congratulations are in order for an OWN star. Rutina Wesley who plays Nova Borderlon on “Queen Sugar” is announcing her engagement to her girlfriend. The actress shared an Instagram post this week of herself and her longtime love Chef Shonda who she called the “light of her life” that ended with a closeup photo of a diamond sparkler.

Details are skimpy about Chef Shonda but she’s a New Orleans native who Wesley’s been openly posting.
The actress was previously married to actor Jacob Fishel from 2005 until 2014.
