担任山东省高等公司青年创新团队带头人，长期致力于决策与博弈，智能计算，风险管理，复杂网络分析等研究，主持并参与多项国家级、省部级、校级科研项目，在IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、中国管理科学等国内外主流期刊发表学术论文10余篇，受邀担任IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、Information Fusion等多个国际主流期刊的审稿人。

教学工作

从事管理科学与工程、物流工程与管理等专业教学工作，讲授研究生课程《物流信息系统》。
