Selena Gomez's 'Significant Donation' To Time's Up Far Exceeds Her Salary From Woody Allen Film

Selena Gomez is putting her money where her mouth is.

After facing criticism for starring in Woody Allen‘s film A Rainy Day in New York, on Tuesday, a source told People the Wolves singer “made a significant donation anonymously” to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund that “far exceeded her salary for the film.”

Costars Rebecca Hall and Timothée Chalamet have respectively given all or part of their pay to the aforementioned charity.

On the day the defense fund was announced, the Coach muse showed her support with the following post on Instagram:

As we reported, mom Mandy Teefey said she “had a long talk with her [daughter Selena] about not working with [Woody Allen] and it didn’t click.”
