Uh-oh!
Back in January, Chris Brown‘s performance at a San Jose nightclub took a scary turn. Sadly, five people were shot during the show.
Now, one of the victims is going after the singer, saying the violent act was all his fault!

Paul Briley filed a lawsuit against the musician, claiming he was hurt in the shooting because the artist didn’t have enough security at the club.
Paul claims that he has permanent injuries from the incident, and that Chris should have beefed up on security, since his shows have gotten violent in the past.
Ummmmm. We don’t really see how this is Chris’ fault. What happened at this nightclub was a terrible tragedy, but it should have been the venue staff’s job — not Chris’ bodyguards — to make sure no one was wielding weapons.
